Data Analytics and AI Strategy Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Data Analytics & AI Coordinator to join our team at Vienna Insurance Group, the leading insurance group in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in coordinating data analytics initiatives and promoting collaboration across our subsidiaries.

**About the Role:**

  • Intake, prioritization, and coordination of data analytics initiatives within the D&A/AI community
  • Supporting subsidiaries and promoting collaboration in the D&A/AI area
  • Maintaining service hub coordination: updating service catalog, agreements, and delivery procedures
  • Ensuring cross-functional collaboration in Chief Data & Analytics/AI Officer agendas
  • Enabling communication, stakeholder management, and change management
  • Supporting business adoption and data analytics & AI literacy initiatives

**What We Offer:**

  • A competitive salary based on your qualifications and experience, estimated at around €45,000 per annum (gross)

**Your Profile:**

  • Successfully completed studies in data / AI management, IT, economics, or another related field
  • In-depth knowledge of Chief Data & Analytics/AI Officer agendas
  • Professional experience in managing data analytics topics in complex environments is an advantage
  • Proven communication, motivational, and marketing skills
  • A high level of initiative and frustration tolerance, as well as interest in working in an international environment
  • Very good communication skills in German and English, knowledge of a CEE language is an advantage
