Job Summary:

T&T Consulting SAS is seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer to join our team as a Core Network Support Specialist. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support for our voice core network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site support for our vendor-network operator environment, ensuring seamless operation of our voice core network elements.
  • Maintenance and support activities of voice core network elements in a cloud environment, including network change operations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
  • Act as an interface between our network operator technical team and vendor level 3 support, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Provide technical support for mobile and fixed voice services, ensuring high-quality customer experience.
  • Participate in on-call duty, providing 24/7 support as required.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication, or Software Engineering.
  • Solid IT background, including computer and transmission hardware, IP networking, and Linux knowledge.
  • Experience in network support, with at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Working knowledge of telecommunication protocols, including ISUP, MAP, SIP, and Diameter.
  • Mobile and fixed voice core knowledge, with experience in IMS architecture.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in an international multicultural team.
  • Very good knowledge of English language, with German knowledge a plus.
