Job Title: Core Network Support Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Core Network Support Engineer to join our team at T&T Consulting SAS. As a key member of our network operations team, you will be responsible for providing technical support for mobile and fixed voice services, maintaining and supporting voice core network elements in a cloud environment, and acting as an interface between our network operator technical team and vendor level 3 support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for mobile and fixed voice services
  • Maintain and support voice core network elements in a cloud environment
  • Act as an interface between network operator technical team and vendor level 3 support
  • Perform network change operations, upgrades, and troubleshooting tasks
  • Monitor and analyze network performance and troubleshoot issues

Requirements:

  • University degree in computer science, electrical engineering, telecommunication, software engineering, or equivalent
  • Solid IT background, including computer and transmission hardware, IP networking, and Linux knowledge
  • Experience with cloud technologies, such as Openstack and Container
  • At least 2-3 years of network support experience
  • Working knowledge of telecommunication protocols, including ISUP, MAP, SIP, and Diameter
  • Mobile and fixed voice core knowledge
  • IMS architecture knowledge is beneficial
