Regional Human Resources Manager

Job Summary

CAE is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR leadership and support to our Business Aviation Training Centres in Burgess Hill, West Sussex and Vienna, Austria.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business results through people
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and development to a team of HR professionals
  • Partner with senior leaders to influence and drive business outcomes
  • Assess current talent and anticipate future talent needs
  • Review HR processes and policies to ensure alignment with business needs

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in HR, with 5+ years in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR practices in the UK and Austria
  • Proven track record of driving business results through people
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
