Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and processing daily incoming data, including insolvencies, company register, negative data, trade, and other information. This will involve uploading data manually, overseeing automated processes, and liaising with suppliers, external partners, and customers.
Responsibilities
- Data research and maintenance (companies and individuals)
- Data editing and processing
- Data matching and import of daily data deliveries
- Monitoring the processing of data (manual/automated)
- Liaising with suppliers, external partners, and customers
- Analysis of processes and their optimization
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Initial relevant professional experience (an advantage)
- High service and quality orientation
- Accurate, independent, and structured way of working
- Organizational skills with good manners
- Good Office and Excel skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn process
Salary
The estimated salary for this role is €45,000 per year, depending on experience. The location is Vienna, Austria.
