About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Meeting & Events Intern to join our team at Zoku Vienna. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing all external meetings and events that take place at Zoku Vienna.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing all external meetings and events
  • Show off your inner barista, beer tapping, and cocktails skills to ensure our meeting & events guests' needs are met
  • Analyze feedback to improve our offers and processes
  • Handle all M&E requests via phone and email, ensuring Zoku Vienna is the top choice for national and international companies
