In this pivotal role, you will:
- Oversee and manage technology development initiatives for SiC-MOSFET, Si-IGBT, and diode chip technologies across multiple sites.
- Assume comprehensive project management responsibilities by consistently evaluating progress and refining the project strategy. This encompasses overall project scheduling, alignment of development objectives, resource allocation, budgeting, and effective risk management.
- Build, lead, and inspire cross-functional project teams - fostering enthusiasm and commitment through effective communication and a positive team atmosphere.
- Identify and engage stakeholders (both internal and external) while cultivating relationships with key internal partners, ensuring their interests are aligned with project goals.
- Utilize extensive functional knowledge and technical expertise across multiple domains.
- This position demands not only project management capabilities but also technical proficiency, exceptional communication skills, and a degree of adaptability.
Your qualifications include:
- A degree in Physics or Electrical Engineering; a PhD is advantageous.
- Over 5 years of experience in the semiconductor sector, ideally in technology development or transfer management.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in leading projects, preferably within an industrial development environment.
- A robust technical understanding of power device physics, technology advancement, and semiconductor processing.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
