About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Territory Business Development Manager to join our Sales team at OneSpan. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in Central and Eastern Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the CEE region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Work closely with the sales and presales teams to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales results and achieve business objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure OneSpan remains competitive in the market
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets
- Strong understanding of the CEE market and ability to build relationships with key decision-makers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English (business fluent) and local language skills are a plus
