Finance Transformation Portfolio Manager to the Vice President

At Magna, we are looking for a highly organized and proactive Finance Transformation Portfolio Manager to support the Vice President of Finance, Continuous Improvement in managing the company's finance transformation portfolio.

About the Role

This role combines program management, project execution, and executive communications to oversee the Finance Transformation Portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a detail-oriented approach and a hands-on attitude, who can balance big-picture thinking with meticulous attention to project details.

  • Support the VP Finance, Continuous Improvement in operational tasks and collaborate with various functional departments.
  • Prepare management presentations tailored for executive audiences.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless program execution.
Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the engagement of stakeholders at all levels to foster a positive change environment.
  • Facilitating communications with project sponsors, steering committees, and executive stakeholders to align expectations and address any concerns.
  • Organizing and managing meetings, preparing agendas, and ensuring effective follow-up on action items.

Our minimum annual remuneration package for this position is €55,000, with corresponding qualification. We offer attractive benefits and a salary in line with market conditions depending on your skills and experience. Regular travel up to 15% of the time is expected.
