Part-time Internship in Rewards Management

We are seeking a highly motivated individual for a part-time internship in our Rewards Management team. As a member of this dynamic team, you will play a key role in designing and implementing effective compensation strategies.

Job Description

In this part-time internship, you will be responsible for various tasks within Human Resources, particularly in Rewards Management. Your duties will include:

  • Creation and development of reports and statistics on HR key figures
  • Data analysis and reporting
  • Preparation of decision papers and presentations for internal stakeholders

You will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality results and contribute to our success.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Ongoing studies in economics, human resources, or data analytics
  • Good data analyzing skills and experience in HR
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Advanced IT and MS Office skills, especially Excel and Power Point

Compensation and Benefits
