Enterprise Content Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Technical Analyst/Solution Analyst to join our Enterprise Content Management team at Erste Digital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing customer requirements and designing fitting solutions, supporting in the resolution of operations incidents, collaborating with Business Users and developers, and proposing new ideas to improve the current process and application landscape.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyzing customer requirements and designing fitting solutions.
- Supporting in the resolution of operations incidents.
- Collaborating with Business Users and developers across the entire Erste Group in the context of ongoing projects.
- Proposing new ideas to improve the current process and application landscape.
- Contributing to the maintenance and enhancement of Pega-Workflows and customer solutions throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Experience in Quality Assurance and familiarity with Jira/Confluence/Service Now.
- Ability to look at requirements from both perspectives: provider (server) and client side.
- Integration focused - An ability to use tools like Swagger, Apiary, Chrome DevTools, Postman or SoapUI or understand SQL language.
- Experience working in a product-driven environment with multicultural teams.
- Proficiency with Pega or willingness to acquire necessary skills.
- Familiarity with methods related to processes and requirements.
- Strong communication, stress-resilience, and respectful attitude towards others.
- Good command of both English and German is required (B2 or C1 level).
