We are seeking a Technical Solution Consultant to enhance our Solution Consulting team and contribute to our exciting journey.
Your MissionAs a Technical Solution Consultant at Prewave, your responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with our sales team to develop effective strategies for new clients.
- Overseeing demo environments and optimizing the data utilized.
- Acquiring and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of Prewave's configuration and usage.
- Conducting technical workshops with clients to design integration processes.
- Assisting in the preparation of prospect bids and tenders, including requests for information, quotations, and proposals (RFx) in collaboration with sales and product teams.
- Engaging with current clients to gather insights on their business and technical needs, identifying requirements, and architecting suitable solutions alongside our customer success team.
- Facilitating interdepartmental collaboration to refine and enhance our unique selling proposition.
- Staying informed about product developments and releases, creating additional training materials for key clients, and managing demo environments.
- Acting as a subject matter expert, providing valuable sales insights and solution expertise to account executives and solutions consulting colleagues.
- Participating in cross-functional projects to accelerate sales transactions and the adoption of Prewave solutions as we scale to meet market demands.
- Master's degree in a technical field.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in technical/software/consulting sales or presales roles.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple teams (Sales, Partnership, Customer Success Management).
- Familiarity with SQL, JavaScript, Angular, Kotlin, or Python.
- Experience with SaaS and RESTful API integrations.
- A strong willingness to learn new technologies.
- A proactive approach to independent work.
- Excellent prioritization and multitasking abilities.
- Strong active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in professional-level English; proficiency in German is a plus.
- A valid work permit for Austria.
- Experience working with supply chain, procurement, and IT departments.
- Ability to collaborate with clients and partners to implement plans for a swift and successful go-live.
- A highly motivated and energetic team player with a proactive attitude; capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine interest in AI, risk prediction, and supply chains.
