We are in search of a seasoned Territory Account Manager to become a vital part of our Sales team, focusing on the Central and Eastern Europe region.

The ideal candidate will be a Challenger Sales professional, responsible for cultivating new business opportunities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering positive, value-driven consultative relationships with both new and existing clients in the CEE region.

This role will also involve collaborating with other OneSpan team members and partners to develop purpose-specific solutions that deliver the highest return on investment. Additionally, the individual will be tasked with executing sales strategies and achieving results from client engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with sales and presales teams across multiple accounts.
  • Identify and develop new prospects while effectively differentiating and upselling OneSpan's value proposition.
  • Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction, primarily through value-added and business-focused relationships.
  • Align OneSpan's capabilities with customer challenges and articulate the measurable value that clients will gain.
  • Ensure operational excellence by keeping Salesforce updated, thereby guaranteeing business continuity and forecast accuracy.
  • Strive for consistent high performance and meet sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Assertive and self-sufficient professional with proven negotiation skills with professional buyers.
  • Direct end-user selling experience is essential, with a strong background in the financial sector being crucial.
  • Customer-focused and service-oriented, with the ability to work independently from a remote home office and travel within the region.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the banking sector within the CEE region.
  • Proficiency in English (business fluent) is mandatory.
  • Established network and contacts within the banking sector in the CEE region.
  • Over 8 years of experience in selling software solutions in the CEE region.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive, client-centric attitude are essential.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively, sometimes on short notice.
