International Market Access Specialist

AOP Orphan is seeking a seasoned professional to drive the development and implementation of European HEOR and market access strategies for assigned products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute European HEOR and market access strategies for assigned products.
  • Collaborate with global brand teams to ensure alignment of HEOR/market access strategies with commercial and medical functions.
  • Provide input to launch planning and lifecycle management, and support country HTA submissions and price negotiations.
  • Assess pricing and reimbursement potential of new opportunities in assigned therapeutic areas and ensure evidence generation plans support market access needs in AOP's territory.
  • Act as internal consultant to HQ and country teams regarding pricing and reimbursement/HTA regulations and health policy trends.

Requirements

  • University degree in natural sciences, pharmacy, or medicine.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in HEOR or Market Access.
  • Thorough understanding of pricing and reimbursement mechanisms across Europe.
  • Self-motivating personality with willingness to learn, can-do attitude, and hands-on approach.
  • High-level project management and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and deliver to deadlines and budget.
  • Proven ability to work in a matrix environment.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
