Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Support Specialist to join our Austrian team in Vienna. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and ensuring seamless customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer data forms and ensure accurate product listings in customer databases.
  • Solve complex customer price issues and negotiate resolutions.
  • Prepare customer reporting for internal use and external presentations.
  • Update customer-specific pricelists and maintain accurate records.
  • Communicate with customers, address their requests, and provide timely follow-ups.
  • Track customer orders and deliveries, ensuring on-time delivery and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Manage customer invoices, post conditions, and other financial matters.
  • Monitor promotional activities, track sales performance, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Verify content accuracy across catalogs, online platforms, and print materials.
  • Support the organization of quarterly pharmacy field-sales meetings and document sales processes.
  • Participate in monthly demand planning forecasts sessions and manage ongoing forecasts.
  • Translate marketing presentations into German and tailor them to key account decks.
  • Search, download, and update sell-sheets, including sales information and content.
  • Manage POS and quarterly budget management for participating customers.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, with 3 years of experience in sales, commercial support, or planning operations.
  • Active experience within commercial sectors, such as FMCG, Consumer Electronics, Sports & Outdoor, or Industry (Retail), is a plus.
  • Extensive proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
  • Commercial education with administrative and sales support experience in a multinational company.
  • Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken.
  • A passion for joining a mid-sized, yet growing company with fast-growing brands.
