The Project

To represent Pepe Jeans, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to manage a number of accounts, deliver exceptional customer service, and support our wholesale partners to grow sales across Austria.

Key Responsibilities

  • Focus on both account management to maximize current relationships and winning and developing new accounts, elaborating new commercial agreements and conditions.
  • Follow up and reporting of financial results (business performance, volume, and revenue targets), and other business KPIs (cross-sales with purchasing, bestsellers, missed opportunities analysis, claim to report, shipments, etc.).
  • Develop the distribution strategy for the brand regarding lines, divisions, type of clients, minimum of purchase by client, etc.
  • Decide the product strategy for the brand in order to adapt the product to the market.
  • Lead key activations and communicate with the wider team to ensure perfect execution of our brand activities.
  • Supervise sales of our wholesale partners for the brands.
  • Ensure optimal customer experience and engagement with the brand, communicating the value proposition and competitive differentiators.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience
  • High level of German and English written and spoken; Spanish is a plus.
  • Business Administration Studies or similar.
