About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at nyra health GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our business by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales:
    • Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, including clinic directors and therapy teams.
    • Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our AI-powered therapy software.
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring that our products and services meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Business Development:
    • Develop and execute strategies to expand our business and increase revenue growth.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations with other healthcare organizations.
    • Monitor and evaluate the performance of our business, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Strategic Planning:
    • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and development.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the healthcare industry.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry experts.
    Requirements
    • Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or technology sector.
    • Proven track record of successful sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and patient care processes.
    • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
    • Fluent in German for customer contact.
