Duties include:
Autonomous execution of engineering projects: You will oversee the management and execution of initiatives in facility construction, equipment exchange, and enhancement of process infrastructure - from initial planning to successful completion. Project oversight for planned, initiated, and ongoing projects: You will track and assess the progress of projects through regular evaluations, recognizing potential risks and implementing suitable counteractions. Liaison with suppliers: You will serve as the primary contact for suppliers and external contractors, coordinating all necessary agreements and ensuring timely availability of required materials and services with the desired quality. Coordination with production and maintenance teams: You will collaborate closely with production and maintenance departments to ensure seamless operations and that projects do not disrupt ongoing production activities. Support for plant management on development initiatives driven by corporate stakeholders. Lead the upgrade, modification, and transition of the process control system in collaboration with external specialists. Ensure timely execution of CAPEX projects and propose future CAPEX initiatives for upcoming financial periods.You will report to the current project manager who is preparing for retirement - with adequate overlap, we aim to identify a successor who can acquire knowledge from the current project manager and gradually assume the responsibilities of the role.
