We're seeking a talented Senior Key Account Manager to join our Global Partnerships team at Red Bull HQ in Salzburg, Austria. As a key member of our team, you'll take the lead in managing key accounts, fostering impactful collaborations, and driving innovative strategies across international markets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute global business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our brand presence.
  2. Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with clients to ensure seamless brand integration and top-tier client experiences.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing and sales initiatives that meet business objectives.
  4. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions and stay ahead of the competition.
  5. Manage and maintain a CRM database to track client interactions and sales performance.
Requirements
  • University degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Fluent in English, German, and other languages are a plus.
  • 3+ years' work experience in international marketing or commercial partnerships.
  • People management experience and exceptional leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and creative capabilities.
  • Dynamic and energetic approach to work, with strong communication and negotiating skills.
