Stellenbeschreibung

Wir suchen eine engagierte Person, die sich für die Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Restaurantpartnern begeistert. Als Commercial Support Specialist wirst du aktiv am Aufbau eines neuen Teams im Bereich Vendor Monitoring beteiligt sein. Du wirst mit potentiellen Kunden telefonieren, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere Serviceleistungen reibungslos funktionieren. Du wirst auch proaktiv mit unseren Restaurantpartnern in Kontakt treten, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Abläufe reibungslos funktionieren.

Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Unterstützung bei der Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Restaurantpartnern
  • Telefonische Kommunikation mit potentiellen Kunden
  • Proaktive Kontaktaufnahme mit unseren Restaurantpartnern
  • Überwachung des Vendor Dashboards und Analyse der Daten
  • Hilfe bei der Steigerung des Umsatzes unserer Restaurantpartner
  • Unterstützung bei der Gestaltung von Prozessen und der Umsetzung von Änderungen
  • Pflege der Kundendaten in unserem CRM-System

Qualifikationen

  • Erfahrung im Bereich Kundenbetreuung oder Vertrieb
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
  • Fähigkeit, Ideen einzubringen und lösungsorientiertes Denken zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Prozessen
  • Eigenständige Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit CRM-Systemen, vorzugsweise Salesforce
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
