As the IT Transformation and Quality Manager, you will be an integral part of our global IT team within the IT Integration department. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance and ensure the flawless execution of IT functions across Red Bull Teamsports, brand extension, and other affiliated entities. Key Responsibilities

STRATEGIC PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT

In this capacity, you will play a pivotal role in formulating the IT vision and strategy across Red Bull Teamsports, brand extension, and other subsidiaries. You will establish strategic goals and initiatives, propose new focus areas, and actively drive these initiatives forward. To make informed decisions regarding technology investments and strategies, you will assess business requirements, conduct thorough research and analysis, and recommend necessary changes. You will oversee long-term management activities, monitor and report on the division's IT budget (both central and subsidiary), and serve as the primary communication liaison.

QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGEMENT

In the realm of quality assurance, you will be tasked with reporting on key initiatives and objectives outlined in the strategic roadmap while identifying potential risks. You will evaluate IT initiatives based on their success metrics (time, budget, value) to ensure compliance with the IT strategy, including security measures for subsidiaries. To facilitate high-quality decision-making, you will define management KPIs, maintain a management dashboard, analyze data, and translate complex issues into actionable insights, ensuring comprehensive reporting to the CIO and department head. Additionally, you will provide ongoing feedback to other IT departments regarding the quality of IT services rendered.

PROGRAM AND VENDOR MANAGEMENT

As the IT Transformation and Quality Manager, you will also oversee and support IT projects and programs. To ensure cost-effective delivery of project components, you will manage budgets, schedules, and project efforts efficiently. You will handle contract management, support procurement processes, and lead negotiations. Furthermore, you will cultivate relationships with vendors and suppliers, monitoring their service level agreements and contract terms.

PARTNERSHIP AND SPONSORSHIP MANAGEMENT

In the area of partnership and sponsorship management, you will continuously identify potential partnership and sponsorship opportunities and assess their benefits. You will prepare necessary approval and financing documentation and coordinate these with business partners. Additionally, you will engage in or participate in potential business negotiations, including contract discussions and reviews.

Qualifications

A university degree in IT or equivalent IT training.

Over five years of professional experience in IT management with a broad understanding of IT.

Proven experience in defining and managing IT KPIs.

Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in German is required.

Strong ability to develop management concepts and presentations, simplifying complex issues.

A track record of advancing IT roadmaps and projects.

Negotiation skills and experience in reviewing contracts and terms, with an interest in developing and managing partnerships and sponsorships.

Additional Information

Due to legal requirements, we are obligated to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,229 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
