Senior Technical Project Manager

As a key player in our organization, you will take on the technical leadership and oversight of various projects, ensuring compliance with both contractual obligations and internal standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage project timelines, resources, and budgets related to design initiatives.
- Collaborate with multiple departments including Sales, R&D, Manufacturing, Assembly, and Commissioning to ensure project success.
- Enhance and refine designs to improve turbine performance and efficiency.
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation and specifications.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering (HTL, FH, University, or equivalent).
- Extensive experience in Turbines, Pump Turbines, or large Industrial Pumps.
- A minimum of 7 years in mechanical design roles.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
- Proficient in MS-Office and familiar with 3D-CAD systems (UG NX and TC), Ansys, and Mathcad is advantageous.
- Strong team player with a high sense of quality and responsibility, along with personal commitment and flexibility.
- Fluency in German and/or English is essential.
