Data Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Marketing Manager to communicate the technical features and benefits of our real-time analytics database solution to both technical and non-technical audiences.

The role revolves around positioning, messaging, and sales enablement. You will develop and refine product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences, including developers, database administrators, and IT decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Positioning & Messaging:
    • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling content that highlights product benefits and differentiators.
  • Sales Enablement:
    • Create high-quality marketing materials, including product videos, white papers, infographics, case studies, solution briefs, webinars, and blog posts.
    • Collaborate with the product management and engineering teams to ensure technical accuracy and relevance of marketing content.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy:
    • Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases.
  • Customer and Market Insights:
    • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Thought Leadership:
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to showcase our database solutions and engage with prospects, customers, and partners.

You will work closely with the sales, product management, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support for go-to-market activities.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience with databases or data platforms.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical product marketing.
  • Strong understanding of database technologies, trends, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
