Your Role:
  • Ensure seamless product transitions from development to introduction, minimizing disruptions and maximizing efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage changes, communicate effectively, and drive strategic decisions.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of our product portfolio, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with regional key stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and growth.
Your Skills:
  • Master's or bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a strong academic record.
  • Proven experience in service transition, service design, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of healthcare and medical imaging standards, such as HL7 and DICOM.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication, and customer service focus.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with virtualization solutions, operating systems, and computer networks.
  • Ability to lead complex projects, utilizing various project management methodologies.
