Role Overview


An IT Service Manager with a strong background in financial market data services is sought to manage services with service providers in the specific domain of financial market data services.


Key Responsibilities



  • Effective relationship management with key market data vendors and vendor performance management.
  • Simplifying the vendor contracts landscape and rationalizing the licensing costs.
  • Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Operational standards compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
  • Market data service budget management, including cost management and budget input.
  • Support of current and future market analysis, exploring diverse options and market landscape.

Requirements



  • Proven experience in an IT service manager role in a corporate or enterprise company.
  • Proficiency in IT SLA, budget management, and understanding of financial IT application architecture.
  • Understanding of cyber security and IT risk requirements within a regulated environment.
  • Sufficient knowledge in data access and license compliance management.
  • Strong soft skills, including the ability to work as part of an agile organization.
  • Proficiency in English to collaborate and negotiate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and vendors.
