About the Role:
  • As a Service Delivery Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in delivering exceptional service to our customers.
  • You will develop and implement strategies to improve service quality, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.
  • With a focus on collaboration and innovation, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of Service Delivery professionals to ensure timely and effective delivery of services to customers.
  • Analyze service performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic plans to address these areas.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align service delivery with business objectives and priorities.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance service efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Service Delivery management, preferably in a hybrid environment.
  • Proven track record of improving service quality, reducing costs, and increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
