Our Customer Services division extends beyond mere system delivery, offering comprehensive support that includes product maintenance, technical assistance, and managed services, both on-premises and cloud-based. We maintain over 500 active service contracts across five distinct business units, ensuring that our clients experience no service interruptions in their essential operations.

Role Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for clients at the third level of support, diagnosing and resolving system issues.
  • Plan and execute system updates and enhancements, leveraging your close relationship with clients to understand their operational needs and drive continuous product improvement.
  • Participate in international projects in collaboration with subsidiaries and partner organizations.
  • Conduct customer training sessions both on-site and at our headquarters.
Qualifications
  • A degree in IT or network technology, coupled with a minimum of 5 years of experience in service or systems engineering.
  • Strong technical skills, analytical mindset, and teamwork capabilities, with the ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations.
  • A keen interest in embedded systems, virtualization, and network technology, with current knowledge in these fields.
  • Enjoyment in presenting complex solutions and engaging with diverse cultures.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for client engagements (approximately 25%), with proficiency in English.
