Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving community growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Manage customer support requests via email, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Lingvano's brand, products, and the Deaf community to provide exceptional support.
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction metrics, leveraging insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Develop and maintain internal and external support documentation, including FAQs and self-help guides.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive community growth initiatives, offering expert insights and recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in customer support, applying innovative strategies to enhance our services.
- Fluency in English and American Sign Language (ASL), with a strong preference for Deaf applicants actively engaged in the Deaf community.
- Deep understanding of Deaf culture and cultural sensitivities, with the ability to adapt communication styles to meet the needs of diverse customers.
- Proven experience in written customer support, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with online support tools, such as Freshdesk or Zendesk.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to meet Lingvano's brand identity.
- Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills, with a self-starter attitude and detail-oriented mindset.
- Contribute to building a successful brand with a clear social impact, working alongside an international team of Deaf, hard of hearing, and hearing employees.
