Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead clients through the onboarding process, ensuring seamless implementation and successful adoption of our platform.
  • Collaborate closely with clients during Proof-of-Concept projects, delivering exceptional experiences and outcomes.
  • Develop and execute strategies to create an outstanding customer experience, training users, sharing best practices, and optimising customer use to meet their unique needs.
  • Showcase the capabilities of our product, driving potential upsell opportunities and growth.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements, setting project plans, and presenting results.
  • Represent client interests within the company, communicating feedback to the technical team, and driving product improvements.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely delivery.
Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, managing large-scale client portfolios.
  • Strong technical acumen, with proficiency in various technologies and online platforms.
  • Familiarity with fast-paced start-up environments and initial project management experience.
  • Excellent Excel skills and a valid work permit for Austria.
  • Fluency in English, with an additional language (French, Italian, or Portuguese).

Bonus points for:

  • Fluent German skills.
  • Completed higher education (HAK, HTL, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent).
  • Previous experience in technical industries or environments.
  • Knowledge of supply chain or procurement environments.

  • An attractive compensation package, comprising a base salary and performance-based bonus. The estimated annual minimum OTE (on-target-earning) for this role is €42,000 gross.
