Job Description

At ServiceNow, we're looking for a seasoned professional to lead our Disputes Go To Market efforts. As the Head of Disputes Go To Market, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan to drive growth and revenue in the Financial Services market.

You'll work closely with our sales teams, product development, and marketing to identify and capitalize on opportunities in the disputes and payments space. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us understand the needs of our customers and develop solutions that meet their evolving requirements.

Key responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and executing a go-to-market strategy for disputes and payments solutions
  2. Collaborating with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  3. Working with product development to ensure our solutions meet the needs of our customers
  4. Partnering with marketing to develop effective go-to-market campaigns
  5. Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform our strategy

We're looking for someone with a strong background in sales and sales management, with a proven track record of success in the disputes and payments space. You'll be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
