About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director for Metallurgical Services in Linz to join our international team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
  • Manage, steer and develop an international sales team and define their sales targets
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets in regard of volume, profitability and portfolio
Requirements
  • Master degree in commercial and/or technical studies
  • Experience or knowledge in metals industry and/or after sales service
  • Ten to fifteen years of sales experience/leading people
  • Willingness to travel 60%
  • English - business fluent
About You

You will be highly motivated, charismatic and have excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills. In addition, you should be able to analyze trends and sales patterns and identify new business opportunities.
