Recruitment Specialist

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Create engaging and professional job advertisements Recruit for expert and managerial roles across various departments Identify and suggest innovative sources for both active and passive candidate recruitment Collaborate closely with our recruitment team in Bulgaria to source suitable candidates Develop internal talent pools and assist in organizing internal career events to highlight job opportunities and career paths Execute recruitment and employer branding initiatives offline, including events, advertisements, and social media promotions in partnership with the marketing team Attend internal functions, university career fairs, and specialized events at educational institutions Monitor and report on recruitment and HR performance metricsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience and passion for Talent Acquisition At least 2 years of experience in human resources or recruitment Proficient in English and German; additional languages are advantageous Strong ability to cultivate relationships with diverse stakeholders both within and outside the organization Exceptional communication and marketing skills, particularly in social media contexts Excellent interviewing and assessment capabilities Ability to think systematically, develop new strategies, and maintain high levels of organization Global perspective and intercultural competencies Adaptable to changeWE PROVIDE
