Talent Acquisition Specialist

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with hiring managers to strategize and outline recruitment approaches for various roles across different levels of seniority. Create engaging and professional job advertisements. Successfully fill senior management and expert roles across all business sectors. Investigate and suggest innovative sources for both active and passive candidate recruitment. Work closely with our recruitment team in Bulgaria to identify and source candidates. Develop internal candidate pools and assist in organizing internal career events to highlight job opportunities and career paths. Implement the global recruitment process as per standards, utilizing SuccessFactors, and provide training to all relevant parties. Formulate a recruitment strategy for internships and graduate programs. Execute recruitment and employer branding initiatives offline, including events, advertisements, and social media campaigns, in close collaboration with the marketing team. Engage in internal events, college recruitment days, job fairs, and special university events. Monitor and report on recruitment and HR key performance indicators (KPIs).REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in HR or recruitment. Proficient in English and German; additional languages are advantageous. Ability to cultivate diverse relationships with various stakeholders both within and outside the organization. Exceptional communication and marketing skills, particularly in social media. Strong interviewing and assessment capabilities. Organized, with a structured approach to developing new concepts and strategies. Possess an international perspective and intercultural competence.
