Job Overview
Dynatrace is a one-product software company striving for a world where software works perfectly. We are seeking a Senior Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our R&D Talent Team, focusing on finding great talents and driving innovative recruiting processes.
About the Role
You will lead end-to-end sourcing strategies, partner with leaders to source top talent, and develop strategic searches for market-relevant roles. Key responsibilities include:
- Market Expertise: Drive strategic search for market-relevant and leadership roles at Dynatrace.
- Talent Attraction: Find innovative ways to attract top talent and push the status quo.
- Partnership: Foster relationships with candidates, internal stakeholders, and leadership to address long-term needs.
- Employer Branding: Work closely with our Employer Branding team to be a passionate Dynatrace brand ambassador.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 6+ years of recruitment experience in technical positions, ideally in the IT/Software market.
- Leadership Sourcing Experience: Proven track record of sourcing leadership profiles.
- SaaS Market Knowledge: Good understanding of the SaaS market and ability to work strategically on business needs.
- Communication Skills: Profound communication skills in English, with ability to lead meetings and facilitate thoughtful conversation.
- Business Acumen: Ability to understand business goals and prioritize tasks accordingly.
What We Offer
We offer attractive compensation packages, including a salary range of €45,000 - €60,000 gross per year (based on full-time employment), stock purchase options, benefits, and advantages.
