SalaryThe minimum salary for this position is €52,136 per annum, based on a full-time contract and 14 salaries. The actual salary will be determined through a joint discussion, taking into account individual development and performance.
Job DescriptionIn this role, you will report directly to the Head of Compensation and Benefits and be responsible for compensation matters within the Plansee Group. Your key tasks will include:
- Proactive collaboration in the introduction of the compensation module in our HCM software Workday, as well as interfaces to sub-systems.
- Optimization of digitized processes in the compensation module in Workday, ensuring quality optimization of pay data and its presentation.
- Carrying out job evaluations, creating job descriptions, and supporting internal compensation guidelines and policies.
- Participation in surveys on industry trends and benchmarks, as well as configuration and maintenance of benchmark data.
- Supporting various compensation processes, such as the annual bonus process, and continuous improvement of the planning tool for annual salary adjustments.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Completed business studies or equivalent experience with a focus on compensation.
- Excellent English language skills.
- Experience in statistics and process management.
- Software experience with Workday is an advantage.
