About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Manager to join our team at ABB. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products and systems meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality control standards and test methods to ensure compliance with internal, customer, and industry requirements.
  • Lead the design, planning, and execution of tests, controls, verifications, and validations related to product, system, or software production and delivery processes.
  • Coordinate quality control needs and activities with suppliers, production, testing, and engineering teams.
  • Ensure the deployment of quality control metrics and tools in incoming, production, factory, or software test labs, and final inspection quality.
  • Organize and allocate testing resources to meet customer delivery commitments and testing requirements effectively and efficiently.
  • Escalate product quality or safety non-conformances through the organization and consult with engineering staff to develop test protocols.
