We're growing rapidly, and our Finance team plays a key role. We're seeking a Finance Business Partner to scale our performance reporting.
Your MissionAs a Finance Business Partner, you'll work closely with our centralised Finance team in Vienna, ensuring the financial success of our operations. You'll monitor and analyse financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations.
Our 'partner first' approach creates strong communication loops with the wider business, minimising bottlenecks and ensuring quick delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting systems with the Finance Director and department heads
- Monitoring, analysing, and communicating key financial and operational performance indicators to the management team
- Implementing robust finance processes and policies aligned with our evolving business needs
- Actively communicating key risks and opportunities, proposing new approaches
- Collaborating with the management team to develop plans for maximizing profitability, reducing costs, and increasing revenue
- Leading annual and quarterly budget and forecast exercises with all departments and tracking performance against budget
- Developing financial models and forecasts to guide long-term planning
- Improving month-end close to enable timely reporting of results
- Supporting the roll-out of the Accounting ERP system and other finance tooling
We're looking for a highly experienced Finance professional with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. You'll need a minimum of 7-8 years of experience in finance, preferably with dedicated FP&A teams in corporates or consulting environments.
Key qualifications include:
- Proven expertise in business planning, financial planning, and analysis
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of creating clear presentations and conveying complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders
- Able to work with strategic concepts that propel the company forward or alter its strategic direction
- Valid work permit for the EU
