About the Role:

OneSpan is seeking an experienced Territory Account Manager to join our Sales team and be responsible for Central and Eastern Europe. As a Challenger Sales individual, you will be accountable for developing new businesses, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining positive and value-driven consultative relationships with new and existing customers in the CEE region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with sales and presales teams on multiple accounts to develop new prospects and differentiate OneSpan's value proposition.
  • Ensure and maintain customer satisfaction, primarily driven by value-add and business-related relationships.
  • Tie OneSpan capabilities to customer challenges and apply the quantifiable value the customer will receive.
  • Ensure operation excellence by keeping Salesforce updated, guaranteeing business linearity, and forecast accuracy.
  • Deliver consistently high performance and achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Assertive and independent professional who can negotiate successfully with professional buyers.
  • End-user selling experience (direct touch) is a must, and experience within the financial sector is crucial.
  • Customer and service-oriented as well as highly independent.
  • Able to work from a remote home office and travel in the region.
  • 5+ years of experience in working within the banking vertical within the CEE region.
  • English (business fluent) is mandatory.
  • Strong network and contacts within the banking vertical in the CEE region.
  • 8+ years of experience in selling software solutions in the CEE region.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive, client-centric attitude are important.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively (sometimes on short notice).
