Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement Global Marketing Strategies: Plan and execute global and regional marketing strategies to support business success.
  2. Shape Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing crew to develop integrated marketing campaign concepts.
  3. Steer Marketing and Sales Digitalisation Projects: Lead projects related to marketing and sales digitalisation, event concepts, website, social media activities, and more.
  4. Support Content Team: Act as a sparring partner for the content team.
  5. Work with International Team: Collaborate with a strong and motivated international team, working with many nationalities.
  6. Interface with Subsidiary Organisations: Serve as an interface between subsidiary organisations and the headquarter.
  7. Manage Marketing Budget: Be responsible for the projects', global and regional marketing budget.
  8. Identify with Software and Hardware Products: Identify oneself with software and hardware products from a world market leader.
  9. Shape External Marketing Representation: Shape the external marketing representation within a high-tech environment with few market players in the safety-critical industry.
Requirements
  1. University Degree: Hold a university degree (minimum Bachelor, preferred Master) preferably with a focus on marketing/communications/sales.
  2. Senior Marketing Leadership Experience: Have more than 5 years' experience in a senior B2B and/or B2G marketing leadership role.
  3. Team Leadership: Led one or more teams.
  4. Budget Responsibility: Hold budget responsibility.
  5. Language Skills: Possess very good English skills, further languages of benefit.
  6. Analytical and Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent analytical, conceptional, communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  7. Travel and Communication: Be willing to travel globally, depending on the assignments, and able to talk on eye level with Business Unit Vice Presidents and Regional Managing Directors and their Sales Teams.
  8. Marketing Automation: Preferably know-how in working with a marketing automation platform.
  9. Innovation and Teamwork: Act as an innovation leader and work in teams across different time zones.
