About the Role

This position is located in the Group Financial Steering department, which is part of the Group CFO Area of Raiffeisenbankengruppe.

The department is responsible for steering the group from a financial performance perspective and optimizing the use of financial resources.

We are seeking a Functional Lead to join our team, responsible for controlling RBI Austria.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and develop the team of experts responsible for controlling RBI Austria
  • Coordinate all activities of the controlling team within Group Financial Steering and cooperate with other departments within RBI Austria
  • Coordinate process and methodology improvement activities of the controlling team within Financial Steering department
  • Implement improvements in cooperation with other departments within RBI
  • Be a central contact and challenge point for business partners and other Finance colleagues for RBI controlling topics
  • Be responsible for the planning process (forecasting and budgeting)
  • Be responsible for content analysis of business development/key financial indicators
  • Develop and maintain regular reporting cycles
  • Challenge new projects/initiatives brought by business/other teams or management related to RBI Austria
