Functional Analyst HR

We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Analyst HR to join our team at Bombardier Recreational Products. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a crucial role in driving the further development of our existing applications and preparing for S/4 HANA throughout the company.
Key Responsibilities- Interface with various specialists, mainly from the IT and HR department, to translate business requirements into functional designs.
- Work closely with the internal business analyst team to drive the software lifecycle, including conception, customizing, development, testing, documentation, and 3rd level support.
- Collaborate with the local and global IT team to drive innovation and sustainable mobility.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our business processes and systems, including SAP and IT infrastructure.
- Provide technical expertise and support to various stakeholders, including IT and HR teams.
- Completed technical education (HAK, HTL) or completed studies (FH, University)
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable IT role and industry
- Very good SAP knowledge (ABAP programming, HCM module knowledge is an advantage)
- Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and system architecture
- Experience with ESS Fiori and SAP Success Factors is an advantage
- English language skills (German knowledge is an advantage)
We offer an exciting position in an international company with many interesting benefits and diverse development opportunities. The minimum salary for this position is EUR 57,578.92 gross/year in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal industry. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we offer an attractive and performance-related salary with corresponding overpayment.
