**Salary & Benefits**

In this role, you can expect a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on your experience. **Job Description**

As a Payroll Product Specialist, you will play a crucial role in launching payroll products in new countries, ensuring compliance with local tax legislation, and leading the implementation process. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Paying implementation & expansion: lead payroll product implementation and expansion in new countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations and successful product launch
  • Advisory pack analysis: analyze advisory packs and hold meetings to clarify legislative compliance requirements
  • Build requirements definition: define and document functional and legislative build requirements with Payroll BAs
  • Identification of new system requirements: identify and escalate new system requirements for country-specific needs
  • Project management: manage task delivery and communicate any delays to ensure timely project completion

**Required Skills & Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Payroll qualification with at least 3 years of experience actively involved in payroll configuration
  • Experience working with multifunctional teams
  • The ability to analyze, interpret, and question information received from Advisory
  • Intermediate Excel skills (lookups, formulas, concatenating)
