Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Expansion Manager (m/w/d) für unsere digitale Selfstorage- und Logistiklösung Storebox. Als Expansion Manager (m/w/d) bist du verantwortlich für den gesamten Life-Cycle der Standortexpansion, von der Suche der Immobilie bis hin zur Nachbearbeitung nach Immobilien-Closing.
Verantwortlichkeiten- Zuständigkeit für den gesamten Life-Cycle der Standortexpansion
- Erstellung und Analyse von Immobilien-Businessplänen
- Führen von Vertragsverhandlungen mit Makler:innen, Eigentümer:innen und Hausverwaltungen
- Enge Kooperation mit internen Stakeholdern
- Verwaltung und Pflege des CRM-Systems (Salesforce)
- Laufende oder abgeschlossene wirtschaftliche oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position
- Interesse im Bereich der Immobilien-Expansion
- Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sicherer Umgang mit analytischen Aufgabenstellungen
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
