- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs, informing our sales and business development efforts.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination, driving business growth and revenue expansion.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion in the NORDICS region.
- Education: Degree in Business Management (B.Sc./M.Sc.), a technical educational background, or similar relevant education.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales and/or previous knowledge regarding technical solutions in the energy industry.
- Skills: Proven experience of customer acquisition and in building sustainable relationships, consultative sales with a solution-driven mindset, excellent communication skills, and full fluency in English and Norwegian.
- Location: Based in Vienna or a central location in Norway, Sweden, or Finland.
