The Manager of Corporate Partnering will lead a team of business partners driving collaboration, excellence, and innovation with shared corporate services and empower the Cancer Institute NSW to achieve its strategic goals.

What you'll be doing The Manager Corporate Partnering is responsible for managing the shared service partner model for the delivery of key corporate service functions across the Cancer Institute NSW.
This role leads a team in building change management and continuous improvement for the provision of partner services to support the organisational delivery of key strategic outcomes.
The position takes a lead role in managing key relationships across the Institute and manages the service agreements with the shared services to ensure key performance requirements are met and a quality assurance and continuous improvement approach to the delivery of corporate services across the Institute is established and maintained.
In this role, you will be required to : Lead the Corporate Partnering team to support the achievement of the strategic goals and corporate service requirements of the Cancer Institute, focusing on achieving high performance outcomes.Develop, implement and maintain effective communication and change management processes to ensure information is disseminated throughout the organisation.Work with stakeholders to lead the design and implementation of organisational frameworks and processes for corporate services and partnership models.Lead a team in the delivery of a reliable and efficient partnership model for corporate services, including expert financial management advice.Manage and oversee the service agreements with the Ministry of Health and HealthShare NSW to ensure key performance requirements for corporate service delivery are met.Establish and lead an ongoing quality assurance program for continuous improvement of business partnering and shared services.Build and maintain effective and influential working relationships with Cancer Institute stakeholders and build a strong partner network.Prepare a range of strategic and operational documents as required.Remuneration / Benefits In addition to base salary : 11.5% superannuation4 weeks annual leave (plus 17.5% leave loading)10 days sick leave40 hours per week which include accrual of monthly Allocated Day Off (ADO) x 12 per year.Access to : Generous Flexible Working practicesFitness Passport: a membership card for NSW government employees that gives you and your family unlimited access to 400+ gyms and other facilities at one low price.Novated car leasing arrangementSalary sacrificing to superannuation.For your application to be considered To submit your application, please provide : Your resume (maximum five pages)A covering letter addressing the Essential Requirements, as outlined in the Role DescriptionEssential requirements Extensive experience and an outstanding record of achievement in the management of corporate services in a complex service environment.Relevant tertiary and/or postgraduate qualifications in business, management, human resources, or a related discipline.Demonstrated exceptional analytical skills including the ability to analyse and interpret complex information.Proven exceptional planning and organisational skills.Exceptional interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills.Demonstrated achievement in successfully leading teams.Proven achievement in the development and successful implementation of strategic initiatives.If successful for interview candidates must bring original copies of essential qualifications to be sighted by the panel.
