We're on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Specialist with a passion for furniture and design to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our valued customers in the Australian market.As a Sales Specialist, you'll play a key role in showcasing our high-quality and stylish furniture, understanding customer needs, and ensuring a seamless purchasing process.
Your excellent communication skills and dedication to customer satisfaction will contribute to delivering a showroom experience that complements the online-to-offline journey.If you're enthusiastic about transforming showroom visitors into loyal Castlery customers, we want you on our team.
Join us in creating a great customer experience through teamwork and a shared passion for design and furniture.What you'll be doingEngage customers in a friendly and approachable manner, creating a positive first impression of our brand.Listen actively to customers' preferences and requirements, providing recommendations and solutions.Responsible for the conversion of sales from walk-in customers.Recommend design-focused solutions tailored to customers' requirements (style of home décor desired, floor plan, etc.
).Build and nurture customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and a problem-solving attitude.Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction is met.Assist in store operational excellence by ensuring general showroom maintenance, receiving/issuing stocks, and conducting monthly high accuracy stock takes.Perform other roles within the store such as maintaining visual standards, assisting team members, or performing operational tasks on the sales floor.What you'll needPrior experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture, home décor, or related industries.Proven track record of customer centricity and possess strong people skills (approachable, good listener, and empathetic).Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Commitment to giving and receiving feedback – you feel there is always more to learn and are open to feedback on your performance.Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail.Good work ethic.Excellent team player.Stay relevant and updated with furniture and consumer trends, ready to apply your learning in customer interactions.Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.Job InformationLocation: Supa Centa Moore Park, 2a Todman Ave, Kensington NSW 2033, AustraliaWorking hours: Retail hoursWhat we promiseOur first promise - the ride of a lifetimeYou'll be joining a company in its most exciting phase; we've proven our product market fit, and with the growing online penetration of furniture, we're now focused on hypergrowth.
