About the team The Outsourced Finance team is an integral part of the Business Advisory & Assurance division of Pitcher Partners Melbourne.
Our team, consisting of around 40 employees, provides end-to-end finance and administrative services to a diverse clientele spanning various industries, including renewable energy, infrastructure and asset management, retail, finance and technology.
By working closely with our clients, we gain valuable insights into their businesses, allowing us to guide them through strategic decision-making and goal realisation.
We also connect our clients with other areas of Pitcher Partners, ensuring they receive the right guidance precisely when they need it.
About the role As a Company Secretarial Administrator, you will be integral in supporting the corporate governance and compliance functions of clients within the Business Advisory practice group of Pitcher Partners.
You will collaborate closely with staff members and clients to ensure that all corporate secretarial duties are performed efficiently and effectively.
Corporate Secretarial services are a key offering for many of our clients and you will be responsible for the more complex Group's ensuring timely and accurate updates.
Key responsibilities Administrative support and process improvement, such as maintaining and organising corporate secretarial files and records including relevant registers for our clients.
Client Management, liaising with our clients to gather necessary information and documentation for corporate secretarial tasks.
Assistance with compliance and governance such as responses to regulatory and any other information requests, including the provision of documentation and advice.
Board and committee support with the preparation and distribution of board and committee meeting agendas, minutes, and action items.
Coordination of board meetings, including scheduling, and documentation.

Related tertiary qualifications in business administration or a related field.
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a corporate environment.
Excellent attention to details and able to work accurately.
