About the RoleOur client is a busy commercial builder who specializes in projects ranging in value from $1-20mil.Due to ongoing growth, a new opportunity exists to join their Sutherland Shire Office as the EA to the Director.
As the Director's true right hand, they are looking for an enthusiastic and driven operational expert to support this busy Director across both professional & personal matters and drive operational effectiveness & efficiency across the business matters.
Responsibilities include: Diary and email management for the DirectorWorkflow assistance across the wider administration teamPreparation of weekly and monthly reportsGeneral reception and office management dutiesTender & policy administration and supportProject coordination, with experience in construction a huge plusPersonal support such as household management, booking personal appointments and assistance with familyIT supportAd hoc administration as requiredAbout YouThis client is looking for the right culture fit as well as technical ability.
As they are going through growth, you will be looking for a long-term role and be keen to grow in the business.You will have an adaptable communication style to ensure cohesiveness across the team and an ability to work with ever-changing priorities.
