About the roleOrigina is seeking an experienced Senior Pre-Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team based in Sydney.
In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving pre-sales activities and supporting our sales team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.What you'll be doingProvide technical expertise and guidance to prospective clients, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions.Collaborate with the sales team to develop winning proposals and presentations.Conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and pilot implementations.Gather and analyse customer requirements to inform product roadmaps and development.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive offerings, and new technologies.Mentor and train junior pre-sales team members.What we're looking for8+ years of experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role within the IT industry.Demonstrated expertise in solution architecture, software deployment, and integration.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.Excellent problem-solving and customer-facing skills.Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Familiarity with IT sales processes and customer relationship management.What we offerAt Origina, we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and supportive work environment.
