The Marketing Lead Generation Specialist will play a key role in driving the success of NRN's Solar Retail Partner (SRP) marketing agency.
Specialising in lead generation strategies, you'll create and optimise campaigns that deliver high-quality leads for SRPs across key markets.
Working closely with the Account Manager and design team, you'll combine your analytical expertise with creative ad formats to maximise SRPs' marketing ROI.NRN is one of Australia's fastest-growing startups, revolutionising how Aussies use energy.

This new team will be pivotal in driving lead generation, increasing sales, and amplifying the impact of NRN's platform across Australia.As part of this dynamic team, you'll collaborate with forward-thinking professionals in marketing strategy, lead generation, and creative design to help SRPs connect with more customers and grow their businesses.

If you're passionate, driven, and ready to make an impact, we encourage you to apply and be part of our remarkable team.Key Accountabilities & DeliverablesLeads Gen StrategyDesign and implement targeted lead generation strategies across social media, search, and native ads.Identify key target audiences and create segment-specific messaging strategies.Continuously analyse trends and performance to refine lead generation tactics.Recommend innovative ad formats and campaign structures to maximise lead quality.Campaign ManagementCreate and optimise ad campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, and other digital channels.Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective creatives, messaging, and calls to action.Troubleshoot campaign issues and implement quick fixes to maintain optimal performance.Coordinate with the creative team to align assets with campaign goals.Performance OptimisationTrack campaign performance, adjust strategies, and improve lead quality using data-driven insights.Utilise analytics tools to monitor and report KPIs such as cost-per-lead and conversion rates.Optimise ad spend across platforms to deliver maximum ROI for SRPs.Market ResearchConduct research to identify key regional opportunities and customer trends for SRPs.Analyse competitor campaigns and market conditions to inform strategy development.Present findings and insights to Account Managers to guide marketing initiatives.Reporting and AnalysisProvide regular performance reports to SRPs, showcasing key metrics, results, and ROI.Create actionable insights and strategic recommendations based on performance data.Budget ManagementManage lead generation budgets efficiently to achieve maximum results for SRPs.Provide transparent budget allocation plans to Account Managers and SRPs.CollaborationWork closely with Account Managers and designers to align messaging, creative, and targeting strategies.Engage with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and delivery.Skills and experience requiredLead Generation Expertise: 5+ years in lead generation roles, with proven experience driving campaigns across digital platforms.Ad Platform Proficiency: Advanced experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and other relevant tools.Data & Analytics Skills: Proficiency in tracking and analysing campaigns using Google Analytics, data dashboards, and CRM tools.Market Research & Segmentation: Strong understanding of audience segmentation, customer insights, and regional market trends.Budget Management: Demonstrated ability to manage budgets efficiently while maximising ROI.Creative Collaboration: Experience working with creative teams to align visual assets with campaign objectives.Strategic Thinking: Ability to craft short-term and long-term lead generation strategies tailored to SRPs.Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills to articulate campaign results and strategic recommendations.Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to troubleshoot campaign performance issues and adapt strategies to achieve goals.
